A+ Lab oven and grill cleaner is a combination of environmentally safe, water soluble and biodegradable solvents, surfactants, emulsifying and corrosion inhibiting agents which penetrate deep into the surface and remove baked-on carbon, food residue, grease, oil, fats, sugars and proteins. A+ Lab Oven and Grill cleaner solubilises, emulsifies and lifts up organic soils without damaging the cooking and baking equipments in hotels, restaurants, commercial kitchens, bakeries and other food manufacturing facilities.

Applications: Ovens. Grills, deep fryers, rangers, roasters, hoods and other cooking
equipments.

Package Specification: 4*4L/Case, 48/skid

Instructions: Apply directly on the surface and allow the solution to penetrate and solubulise the organic soil for 3-5 minutes. Brush or scrub the surface and rinse the surface thoroughly with warm water. For heavy baked on grease and oil, warm the oven (110 F) for 10-15 minutes, agitate and then rinse as indicated. After cleaning.
rinse the surface with portable water.

Dilution:
1:1 for heavy carbon or food deposits.
1:5 for normal soil, oil or food deposits.
1:10 for general equipment and hard surface cleaning.
